We assess your needs, verify Medicaid eligibility, and explain all available programs at no charge.
For Medicaid-funded programs, the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) develops your original care plan based on your assessment. It can be modified over time as your health improves or declines. For those in our Agency Home Healthcare program or receiving Nurse Visits, a registered nurse also develops and oversees that plan.
We match you with the right caregiver — or enroll your chosen family member — and handle all paperwork.
